I am an Internationally Certified Master Trainer and Coach, Certified Applied Quantum Biologist, Corrective Movement Specialist, and Certified DNA Program Designer who believes that everyone deserves to move well.
Quality of life is defined by one’s ability to enjoy it in a strong, efficient and pain free manner. To this end, I bring 17 years of master skills, experience and tools to assist my clients in achieving their individual goals.
With a background in Rehabilitation, Movement Correction, Injury Prevention, Applied Quantum Biology, Muay Thai, BJJ, Competitive Powerlifting, Body Building, Military fitness, Olympic Lifting, Russian Kettlebells, DNA Program Design and performance strength and conditioning I am equipped to build individual programs for each client.
I provide the accountability, motivation, nutrition, and movement required for each client to reach their goals; they need only bring the mindset and together we can achieve anything.

As a corrective movement specialist, I present the body with the correct movement patterns for these adaptations resulting in cessation of pain, increased mobility, whole body balance, and healing at a fascial level that is long-lasting and translates to every day life.

While working one-on-one in real time with clients is ideal, sometimes the answer is providing services via virtual methods. To that end, I provide tailored programming that allows my clients the freedom to take my knowledge with them and apply it on their own in whatever capacity is best suited to their needs.

Let me start with the fact that I had never stepped into a gym before. That being said, after taking 2 serious falls over the past year, it was time to make some changes. Sarah developed a fitness plan unique to me and would adjust my workouts accordingly based on how I felt that day.
